What’s Selkirk Rex?
The poodle cat (also known as “a cat in sheep’s clothes”) is not a mix of a cat or a poodle dog. Selkirk Rex is a cat with curly curls, which is its real name.
The origins of the poodle cat

It is difficult to determine if a kitten’s hair is curly or straight when it is born. From their birth, the Selkirk Rex or poodle cats have curly whiskers. Look at the whiskers.
How do you take care of a Selkirk Rex.
The Selkirk Rex is considered a strong and healthy breed by Cat Fanciers Association. They are also gentle, patient, and loving. Selkirk Rex care is different from other cats. Therefore,
- Selkirk Rex cats with long or short hair should be brushed less than other straight-haired cats.
- Do not bathe your poodle cat with coat-fur shampoos
- Poodle cats have curly and messy hair. It is best to not change it.
